LKFF Art Projects deals with contemporary sculpture.
The gallery, created in January 2010, works in the primary market and represents mostly international artists, who have a solid reputation throughout years of presence on the art scene, alongside promising new names in contemporary art. Bronze, stone, taxidermy, wood, textile, mixed media, video… all mediums of 3D expression are explored. LKFF recently moved its premises to a large warehouse along the Canal near Brussels and varies the sites of its shows in exclusive high-end locations which match optimally the projects that are presented by its artists.

LKFF selected 5 artists exploring some form of silent meditation in sculpture:
The bronze and cast iron figures of Hanneke BEAUMONT (Netherlands) express an almost religious form of serenity. The minimalistic black granite sculptures of Egyptian born artist Armen AGOP find their source in the peaceful oriental Sufi culture. “Le Silence de la Pensée” is the title Swiss artist Jean-Paul Blais gives to his dark lacquered wood reliefs while the natural wood reliefs of French sculptor Clothilde GOSSET reconnect us with the grandness and beauty of nature. Last but certainly not least, the French glass artist Xavier LE NORMAND adds a touch of pure colorful joy to the serenity of the whole.
